How We Started

WebSpark began with a simple goal: to help a family business succeed online. Our founder, Landon, started by helping his family’s business, Wholesale Window and Door, with their digital marketing. He quickly realized he had a talent for this work and saw how much he could offer compared to other agencies, but at a lower cost. This experience led to the creation of WebSpark, a company built on the idea of delivering great digital marketing services that are both effective and affordable.

WebSpark stands out because we always look for new and better ways to do digital marketing. Landon saw that traditional marketing agencies weren’t giving small businesses what they really needed. That’s why he started WebSpark – to fill that gap and provide small businesses with marketing strategies that are both modern and suitable for their needs and budget. Hi, I’m Landon Hancock, the person behind WebSpark Marketing. Outside of the digital marketing world, my life is filled with joy and laughter, thanks in large part to my wonderful wife, Samantha. She’s been my rock and biggest supporter through all of WebSpark’s ups and downs. Together, we share a love for adventure and making the most out of every moment.

I’m an avid golfer and skier, and I love hobbies that take me outdoors and allow me to challenge myself in new and exciting ways. Whether I’m navigating the slopes or aiming for a hole-in-one, these activities are my go-to for relaxation and fun.

I also have a pretty good sense of humor, if I do say so myself! I believe in not taking life too seriously and finding humor in the everyday. This sense of fun is something I bring into my personal life and work at WebSpark. It’s all about enjoying the journey, creating memorable experiences, and building lasting relationships along the way.

My professional journey is deeply rooted in practical, hands-on experience. I spent several years working at a family business, Wholesale Window and Door, where I was not just an employee but a key player in helping the company navigate significant changes, including a rebranding and name change. This experience wasn’t just about managing a business; it was about understanding the real-world challenges companies face and learning how to overcome them effectively.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, which has provided me with a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of the digital world. This educational background has been crucial in allowing me to develop innovative strategies and solutions for the digital marketing landscape.

I’ve also earned a Digital Marketing Certificate from Google. This certification is a testament to my commitment to staying at the forefront of digital marketing trends and techniques.
